TANZORE - Pronounced - 'Tan-Zor' Tanzore is a "representation" of an area in Southern India (Thanjavur or "Tanjore") We chose the name as a reflection of the melange of all things cultural and beautiful that the city has to offer to the world. Tanzore- India Modern reflects the contemporary movement of the cuisine toward more modern tastes and culinary advances. Our chefs at Tanzore re-interpret the classic cuisine by bringing variations of familiar Indian herbs and spices with fresh, seasonal and local California ingredients.
